Acrylic Boss Hardcore Begleri
Our Acrylic Boss Hardcore begleri feature beautiful, spherical acrylic shells, paired with metal cores that optimize the weight for dynamic play. Acrylic is a great material for many Aroundsquare products, due to its weight, grip, and resiliency. The light weight of the acrylic Boss shells means that by adding weighted cores, you can play as light or as heavy as you want, and the glossy feel of the polished finish provides excellent, comfortable grip during play. For the metal "hardcore" cores in this release, we've gone with the classic looks and low profile of the Newtons, in your choice of stainless steel (for around 24g all in with shells), or titanium (~17g all in). Both options have a slight end weight to them, helping them anchor in the hand, while still being short enough to navigate easily through the fingers during play.

Well everything is but that's not the point. The white swirled with the brown is surprisingly hypnotic. There's a pearlescent sheen that doesn't show up on screen well that is absolutely beautiful in person. Came with very well matching colour cords and long enough to get 2 sets from which I appreciate especially with the hand spread I have (I can hold a full size basketball with one hand palm down). I carry these every day and I was stoked to find out my =][=redacted=][= fit inside the titanium cores. The hole for the cord is also way easier to get 550 paracord through than the begliri sets(?) Pair(?) I have from =][=redacted=][=. Which are hard mode by comparison. I cannot say anything negative about these. The price is awesome as well. So if your broke don't hesitate it'll be money these if you like them. They're pretty forgiving and easy to fakey.
Lighter than expected, and with the loud "clack" I worried about chips in the plastic. But it holds up well and spins without issue. Has a nice look, as well.
And let me note that when the postal service fumbled the order, the Ao2 customer service team did an excellent job of resolving the issue.
The colors are beautiful and the clack sound is super satisfying. Want to get the blue set too when they are back in stock
Great for exploring long form play. Look, at its core, beglari are small weights at either end of a string. You can get those in so many places for super cheap. And you SHOULD! But. There is an elegance to the pieces on offer here that really can’t be over stated. “Wenwan” comes to mind.
