Returns, Exchanges, and Order Mistakes

To initiate or inquire about a return or exchange, or for any mistakes on your order, please email hello@aroundsquare.com. You may be requested to provide photographs in order for us to determine the best course of action.

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, quality control oversight, damage during shipping, Aroundsquare will take responsibility for shipping costs.

If a customer simply decides they’d like to return or exchange an item, the associated shipping costs will be their responsibility.

Please note that we are unable to generate return shipping labels, so return shipping will be up to the customer.
